Jack studied Criminology at John Jay College and transferred to DeVry College for a Business Administration major, graduating in 2005. That same year, he joined Interstate Commercial Lending as Operations Director, managing a residential mortgage pipeline of up to 150 units annually and overseeing a team of 24 loan officers.

From 2014 to 2017, Jack was a Sales Production Manager at Citi Bank, where he excelled in residential mortgage origination and earned the President’s Club award twice. He built extensive networks with real estate professionals, hosted loan seminars, and significantly grew his business.

In June 2017, Jack expanded his business to include No-QM Residential products and Commercial Finance. He recruited 38 loan consultants and provided virtual sales training. By the end of 2019, Jack’s company funded $76 million in loans and served up to 2,500 buyers across the U.S.
